[RP] Change prefix key to modifier

I have just started using Ratpoison and I really like it. The rodent is still
twitching a little, but I hope to fix it in the future (does anyone know a good
way to copy text from a terminal window?).

One of the first things I did was to devote a button entirely to the window
manager. Now I can hold down the $OS_VENDOR button and type the commands,
instead of prefixing them with C-t. Can I expect this to be added as a setting
in the future, or is it more suited for the wiki?

The attached patch will fix a few typos in the info manual.
