Function: gnext &optional POP
If POP is non-zero, switch to the most recently visited window in
the next group. Otherwise, just make the next group current
without selecting any of its windows.
OK, this seems to simulate `gnext 1' pretty well.

Also, groups aren't saved when restarting. I seem to recall that
the groups-windows-frames info can all be saved and restored; anyone
want to (re)post the howto / add it to to the wiki?
