[RP] Licensing terms for ratpoison info page

I copied the info on commands from the ratpoison Info page to

  http://ratpoison.elektrubadur.se/commands

and its subpages.

Perhaps you could put the ratpoison info page under the FDL, so that
what I just did would be legal.  

Or maybe you could just give me retroactive permission to copy the
info.

At any rate, I figured you wouldn't mind. I think this makes the
docs more accessible - and it will also make them easier to revise
as needed.

PS. Some more documentation for the command `newkeymap' would be
