Hi folks,
It occurred to me that have 0-9 as the keys to select a frame is silly
when there are other closer keys. I find 0-9 hard to type without
looking. So now you can customize which keys you use to select
them. It's limited to ascii characters. If there is a need to provide
keysyms, that can be patched in. For now..ascii. Here's how it works:
first, set the frame selectors:
C-t : defframesels uhetonas
That will set the frame selectors to the keys on the dvorak home-row
(alternate hands). Now split the screen a bunch and hit C-t f (the
fselect command). Note that the frames now use the letters instead of
numbers. This also gets around the problem of having >9 frames since
the frame selector string can be as long as you like.
