Actually I noticed a while ago that if you click on a Mozilla window
that isn't focused, mozilla will request focus and if ratpoison's
rudeness setting aren't too restricted (by default they are not), it
will switch between mozilla windows. I s'pose that ain't no good if
you wanna switch back and forth between emacs and mozilla..but it's
something...
