[RP] tip for debian users

I just found this neat thing.

ratmenu is integrated into the menu system.  Execute
/etc/X11/ratmenu/debian.menu for the root menu.

To change appearance, copy /etc/menu-methods/ratmenu to
~/.menu-methods/ and hack to taste.  As !root, execute `update-menus`;
user-specific menus will appear in ~/.ratmenu.
