[RP] Debian CVS snapshot packages

Hi there!

While I know that the split window stuff is experimental,
I'm very tempted to do a CVS snapshot package, so my friends
and other Debian people can test it too.

The package _will not_ be uploaded to unstable, instead, I'll
add it to my repository at http://people.debian.org/~algernon/.

I modified some files in debian/, so the {ipaq,sample}.ratposionrc
files get installed to their proper place.

BTW, anyone would like non-i386 debs ?

Oh well, I polluted this list too much already.
