works great now. thanx!

i started to remove the static bindings for emacs and xterm from the code. i 
don't see that there is any reason to have them longer now with the 
.ratpoisonrc and all. i also created an example.ratpoisonrc that i guess could 
be of a good starting point for a lot of lazy users. well it isn't advanced 
now, but it could be.

attaching a patch. apply to cvs if you like it. yell at me otherwise.

how come i'm all alone on irc btw?
