I noticed some time ago that there are no '2>/dev/null's in the
completion code, that is you get the "No patches in series" error
message in a non quilt controlled directory for example here:

$ quilt push <TAB>
=>
$ quilt push No patches in series
-

I added these back than, but its seems lost, I will re-create it and
submit a patch.
