Hello.  The following patch vs CVS changes the text around when 'quilt
add' will or won't work.  The first time I read this (as well as a
coworker) we took it to mean that it will never let you add a new patch,
if a later patch will modify it (which seemed wrong) as opposed to what
it does, disallow that case if there are patches applied on top already
(which makes sense).
