Hello,

here is an update that fixes the following issues introduced by
remove-pc-files.diff:

- `quilt pop' was reporting nonsense when recovering from a pop
  that failed.

- Work around the GNU diff problem in scripts/patchfns:diff_file.
  No changes to GNU diff needed anymore.
