I figure after things have stabilized (and I've gotten some more
feedback) I'd put a copy up.
For example, I thought I'd aim for getting distict-values working
before I make an official 1.7.91 jarfile.
In any case, the hope is that 1.7.91 would be an informal
"snapshot release", and then something in Q1 make a 1.8 release,
with updated web site, documentation, annoucements, etc.
