Two Issues I Need Help With...*ubuntu 18.04 64Bit Host/Win 10 64Bit Guest...

Hi,

I was using VMWare Player for many years on my Linux.
Recent versions of VMWare Player for Linux are just terrible.
I made the switch to QEMU recently.

Pretty happy with QEMU but have two issues:
(1) My Windows 10 virtual machine has choppy audio?
(2) I have to run "sudo virsh net-start default" in Terminal after each reboot?

Running Windows 10 Pro 64Bit guest on Kubuntu 18.04.3 LTS 64Bit Linux host.
Any ideas on how to fix the above two issues?
I am a video game developer who needs Windows 10 in a VM for dev purposes...
