[PATCH v4 07/16] s390x: Add SIDA memory ops

From: Janosch Frank
Subject: [PATCH v4 07/16] s390x: Add SIDA memory ops
Date: Thu, 20 Feb 2020 07:56:29 -0500

Protected guests save the instruction control blocks in the SIDA
instead of QEMU/KVM directly accessing the guest's memory.

Let's introduce new functions to access the SIDA.
