[Qemu-ppc] [PATCH v2 2/6] add QemuSupportState

Indicates support state for something (device, backend, subsystem, ...)
in qemu.  Add QemuSupportState field to ObjectClass.  Add some support
code.

TODO: wire up to qom-list-types
