Good news! Although that's a really old build of qemu-system-ppc/OpenBIOS that you have just tested there:

$ ./ppc-softmmu/qemu-system-ppc -nographic

>> Configuration device id QEMU version 1 machine id 2
>> CPUs: 1
>> Memory: 128M

milliseconds isn't unique.
