[Virsh-Manager] KVM can't create or install VM

Hello ,

First of all I hope you're doing well.

I have a trouble with KVM when start or create the VM is showing messange error: Unable to read from monitor: Connection reset by peer

My Linux OS is: Cent 6.4
virsh version as picture attached

Could you please take a look and help me to resolve this issue?
