Qemu on Windows question

Hi. Quick question.

I am setting up a vdi server on windows with the VMs running on top of Qemu with the WHPX accelerator. The test VM start but it only shows 1 CPU but the host's CPU has 6 cores and 12 Threads (3rd gen AMD Ryxen 3600) furthermore when I start it specifying the "max" type of CPU I get a message that this processor does not have hyperthreading when it clearly does...any ideas?
