Probably the TOLL-XPVM.vmdk. The content should look like this example:
---8<---
# Disk DescriptorFile
version=1
CID=9c7d77b0
parentCID=ffffffff
createType="twoGbMaxExtentSparse"
# Extent description
RW 4194304 SPARSE "a-s001.vmdk"
RW 4194304 SPARSE "a-s002.vmdk"
RW 4194304 SPARSE "a-s003.vmdk"
RW 4194304 SPARSE "a-s004.vmdk"
RW 4194304 SPARSE "a-s005.vmdk"
# The Disk Data Base
#DDB
ddb.virtualHWVersion = "4"
ddb.geometry.cylinders = "20805"
ddb.geometry.heads = "16"
ddb.geometry.sectors = "63"
ddb.adapterType = "ide"
