My guest crashed with "pthread_create failed:kvm resource temporarily unavailable". in libvirt log.

Qemu is run as root:
# cat /etc/libvirt/qemu.conf | grep root
user = "root"
group = "root"

qemu version:
#/usr/libexec/qemu-kvm --version
QEMU PC emulator version 0.12.1 (qemu-kvm-, Copyright (c) 2003-2008 Fabrice Bellard 
(The  default version in Centos6)

And "max user processes" is set to 1033149  default. 

 # cat /proc/30141/limits

Is this probrom caused by the limition of open files?
If no, what can be the reason?
