[Qemu-discuss] How to set ROM size in QEMU

I am trying emulate my MIPS embedded system board on QEMU . My board has 1MB of RAM and 4 MB ROM . My code along with an RTOS is stored in ROM.

My question is how can I set my ROM size in QEMU ? I can only see option for setting RAM but not for ROM.

Also do I really need to set ROM size? or if my code+RTOS size is less than 4MB It should be fine.
