[Qemu-discuss] Disk migration rate limit bug is fixed?

Hi all,

Quite a few months back, I reported this kind of bug

And there was a response telling that in QEMU 2.0.0 this would be fixed. 
Now I am running this version of QEMU, but when i do 'virsh 
migrate-setspeed VM 1' the hard disk migration is not limited to 1 MB/s 
(memory migration is ok)

Is there some possibility to verify this bug, or am I doing something wrong?
