Hi, man.

as i know, there is a way to access host file directly through "-hdb fat:/your_directoty"

for example: "qemu-system-x86_64 ~/Image/XP.img -hdb fat:/root/Downloads", then there will be 
a disk named QEMU VFAT showed in window xp.
