Subject: [PATCH 11/13] qga/qapi-schema: Tweak documentation of fsfreeze commands

"Returns:" sections of guest-fsfreeze-freeze and
guest-fsfreeze-freeze-list describe both command behavior and success
response.  Move behavior out, so "Returns:" is only about success
response.
