   addition to RXCSUM.PCSD bit cleared condition)

Refactoring is done in preparation for support of multiple advanced
descriptors RX modes, especially packet-split modes.

Don't use an array here. Instead use a struct as e1000_adv_rx_desc does; it will be more explicit and easier to read. And I think this should be rather part of the next patch.

The names of igb_write_payload_to_rx_buffers() and igb_write_packet_payload_to_descr_addr() don't disambiguate themselves. Since igb_write_payload_to_rx_buffers() only writes a framgent of the payload, you may rename it to igb_write_payload_fragment_to_rx_buffers(), and rename igb_write_packet_payload_to_descr_addr() to igb_write_payload_to_rx_buffers().
