[PATCH] block: add missing coroutine_fn annotations

Subject: [PATCH] block: add missing coroutine_fn annotations

After the recent introduction of many new coroutine callbacks,
a couple calls from non-coroutine_fn to coroutine_fn have sneaked
in; fix them.
