Support for emulating XThead* instruction has been added recently.
This patch adds support for these instructions to the RISC-V disassembler.

This patch doesn't scale well. It will make the custom encoding only work for XTHEAD*. I once sent a multiple disassemble path patch set  for custom extensions.
