[PULL 3/5] docs/system/loongarch: update loongson3.rst and rename it to

Subject: [PULL 3/5] docs/system/loongarch: update loongson3.rst and rename it to virt.rst

Since the EDK2 had already support LoongArch, update build bios,
and update cpu type, cross-tools.
