Mechanical transformation using:

 $ sed -e 's/tcg_target_ulong/uintptr_t/g' \
       -e 's/TCG_PRIlx/PRIxPTR/g' \
       -i $(git grep -lE '(tcg_target_ulong|TCG_PRIlx)')

Simplify the check for unsupported TCG_TARGET_REG_BITS
in include/tcg/tcg.h.
