[PATCH v2 22/25] DAX:virtiofsd: implement FUSE_INIT map_alignment field

Communicate the host page size to the FUSE client so that
FUSE_SETUPMAPPING/FUSE_REMOVEMAPPING requests are aware of our alignment
constraints.
