  qemu 2.10.0 cannot boot Windows 10 familly

Bug description:
  On qemu 2.10.0 Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016 hangs during boot.
  Below is setup of Windows Server 2016. Downgrading to 2.9 fixes the
  problem.
