   SysTick running on the CPU clock works
 * target/arm: Avoid maybe-uninitialized warning with gcc 4.9
 * target/arm: Fix AddPAC error indication
 * Make AIRCR.SYSRESETREQ actually reset the system for the
   microbit, mps2-*, musca-*, netduino* boards
