[PATCH 11/17] block/nvme: Simplify nvme_create_queue_pair() arguments

Subject: [PATCH 11/17] block/nvme: Simplify nvme_create_queue_pair() arguments

nvme_create_queue_pair() doesn't require BlockDriverState anymore.
Replace it by BDRVNVMeState to simplify.
