Hello Everyone,
Here are fixes for bugs that I found in my tests. I have tested this with my
test suite and everything works fine.

-don't touch softmmu/vl.c, use __contructor__ attribute instead
-better wording

-initialize and use notify_sendco only if notify_dev is set
