[RISU v2 05/17] Use EXIT_FAILURE, EXIT_SUCCESS

Subject: [RISU v2 05/17] Use EXIT_FAILURE, EXIT_SUCCESS

Some of the time we exit via the return value from main.
This can make it easier to tell what it is we're returning.
