as there's a mutex_lock(&iommu->lock) in the beginning of this
vfio_iommu_type1_pin_pages(),the mutex_lock(&iommu->lock) in
vfio_pgsize_bitmap(iommu) would cause deadlock once vfio_pin_pages() is
called for dirty page tracking during live migration.
