[PATCH] WHPX: support for xcr0

Subject: [PATCH] WHPX: support for xcr0

Support for xcr0 to be able to enable xsave/xrstor. This by itself
is not sufficient to enable xsave/xrstor. WHPX XSAVE API's also
needs to be hooked up.
