SnowRidge CPU supports Accelerator Infrastrcture Architecture (MOVDIRI,
MOVDIR64B), CLDEMOTE and SPLIT_LOCK_DISABLE.
MOVDIRI, MOVDIR64B, and CLDEMOTE are found via CPUID.
The availability of SPLIT_LOCK_DISABLE is check via msr access
