David's patch fixing this went in as commit f96d6651e4b7cb8a8e91, which
will have been in the 3.0 release.

On ppc64le machine the following test failed.

/ppc64/migration/bad_dest: qemu-system-ppc64: Failed to connect socket:
Connection refused
OK
/ppc64/migration/postcopy/unix: OK
Head is at f6d81cdec807bb85325afedb536b17c5331483c7
configured with options: configure --target-list=ppc64-softmmu
