There is a indentation error in this patch in the gem_transmit function.
I have written it like that to make it easier to see the changes. It is
fixed in the next patch.

 -Fix up number of queues logic
 - Fixup vmstate version
V2:
 - Use the new screening function
 - Update interrupt generation
 - Increase vmstate to 3.0
