[Qemu-devel] [PATCH v6 0/6] Add IPMI to firmware tables

This patch has changes to address all comments.

The isa_bus is no longer stored, it is searched for.

Methods entries are changed to named constants for the _SRV and
_IFT entries in the IPMI table.

Minor function renames to make the names more consistent.

Switched to using stubs for when ACPI is present and IPMI is not.
