this is too complicated, and currently not documented.
the natural method to specify that there are no args is... to add no args to
the command line.

I don't know, in my environment I'm not using this syntax, I use the
"--semihosting-cmdline arg0 arg1 ... " at the end of the line, which fits
better my needs.
