Are you saying you are able to scroll up and down in QEMU's monitor using your 
MacBook Air's keyboard?

If your computer does have built-in emulation for the page up/down keys, would 
it still be ok to help the people whose computer don't have this feature?

This document states that the page up and down keys (as well as several other 
keys) have been removed from several manufacturer's laptops.
