So looking at this more closely, I see you are chaining one-shot
ptimers. My understanding is that you shouldn't do this, as it leads
to small slips in time, that over many hits integrate to a noticable
slippage. You should refactor the intial ptimer_run to not one-shot
when !SUNXI_TIMER_MODE.
