Sure, that's possible. We'll have to find some way to
preserve the endian-ness annotations, I think.
And then import them into kernel/qemu with some script, converting
to kernel/qemu style and annotations?

Well specifically if_ether.h says GPLv2+ so it's OK for QEMU.
Do you mean for some other non GPL app?
