Commit cbdd1999daf2341b33d3ba8036fd84898e1e7c31
(build: compile translate.o with -fno-gcse option on GCC 4.6.x and 4.7)
tried to fix this kind of problem, but was not successful here.
Which compiler was used (gcc or clang, version)?
