do_setsockopt() lacks level=SOL_RAW and optname=ICMP_FILTER.
The ping in linux-user guest invokes:
setsockopt(icmp_sock, SOL_RAW, ICMP_FILTER, (char *)&filt,
sizeof(filt)) in main() function.
