Maybe right,it is a ACPI issue.
I was actually talkin about the APIC one, but well, there are 24
anagrams of these letters (.

Sorry for that typo of last mail,What I mean is APIC not APCI. :)

I applied the patch: http://lists.nongnu.org/archive/html/qemu-devel/2011-11/msg01109.html.
But I feel it doesn't affect anything.

I am using QEMU-1.0 rc1,pulled on 9 Nov.
QEMU emulator version 0.15.91.

My qemu does not behave as yours,even with kernel parameter "-noapic",it still not run normally.
