[Qemu-devel] posix-aio-compat error in 5996

On OSX 10.5, I get the following error when compiling with revision 5996 and higher (5995 compiles).

As referenced in the initial RFC (http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/qemu-devel/2008-12/msg00204.html ), BSD's may not need this - is there any way to avoid using this based on OS, or is there something I'm missing in the configure options?

thanks,
-lev
