I have tried to download the image as well but no different behavior, it
boots but after loading the kernel I got a black window. Can you go
after the kernel loading?

If so probably the problem rely on the qemu version, I'm running the
0.9.0 but no upgrade is available for my system.

I never tried, this evening I'll try to install windows and I'll be back
with the infoes.
